Recruitment

As part of the project, participants will have a unique opportunity to visit Japan and take part in academic activities at the University of Electro-Communications (UEC) in Tokyo.

Participation in SEIKO is not only an educational experience, but also a chance to build an international network, gain valuable academic experience, and strengthen participant’s CV.

Available Mobility Opportunities

Participants may apply for one of the following options:

Master’s Thesis Tutoring

  • Academic support from UEC experts during the preparation of your Master’s thesis
  • 30-day stay in Japan (dates arranged individually with the assigned tutor)

Specialized Courses

Choose one of the following courses:

  • AI in Robotics
  • Cybersecurity
  • Hyper-connected World: Network Infrastructure
  • Hyper-connected World: Monitoring / Automation / Management
  • Edge-Cloud Continuum Computing

Each course includes:

  • On-site classes in Poznań (September 14–18)
  • On-site classes in Tokyo (September 21–25)
  • Teaching provided by academic staff from both partner universities

Industry Workshops

  • Participation in workshops organized in cooperation with industry partners
  • 14-day stay in Japan (February/March 2027)

Why Apply?

The project is fully funded. Each participant will receive a scholarship covering travel and accommodation costs in Tokyo, allowing you to focus entirely on your academic development and international experience.
